Wood

The Wood material group can be broken down into two different sub categories; Softwood, and Hardwood. Precision CNC Tooling available in Solid Carbide as well as Carbide Insert and PCD. Router tooling suitable for profiling, roughing, finishing, and roughing/finishing applications. PCD and Insert Profile tooling are NOT recommended for Softwood applications. Precision Saw Blades available for both ripping and cross cutting applications. Plastics

The Plastics material group can be divided into three different sub categories; Soft Plastic, Hard Plastic, and Fiber Re-enforced Plastic. Precision CNC Tooling available including Solid Carbide as well as PCD and Insert Tooling. Router tooling designed specifically for Plastic machining including O-Flute Style tooling as well as our new line of Fiber Re-enforced (Phenolic) specific tooling. PCD and Insert Profile tooling are NOT recommended for Soft Plastic applications. Precision Saw Blades available for both ripping and cross cutting applications, specifically designed for a melt free finish. Wood Composites

The Composites material group can be divided into three different sub categories; Particle Board, Fiberboard (MDF), and Plywood. Precision CNC Tooling available including Solid Carbide as well as PCD and Insert Tooling. Router tooling specifically designed for Profiling MDF as well as Compression Tooling for perimeter cuts in Plywood and Particle Board applications. PCD and Insert Profile tooling are NOT recommended for Plywood and Particle Board applications. Other

The Other material group can be broken down into two different sub categories; Aluminum, and Material with Laminate. Router Tooling available in Solid Carbide and PCD. Precision CNC Tooling specifically designed for Aluminum applications as well as perimeter cuts on Material with Laminate where Compression tooling provides premium top and bottom finish quality. PCD tooling is NOT recommended for Aluminum applications.
