Limited Warranty

All Royce America products, unless otherwise noted, are warranted for 90 days against defects in workmanship and materials. Normal wear or misuse of a tool is not covered by this warranty. Merchandise may be returned within the 90 day period to Royce America for assessment and if a defect is found the tool will either be replaced, repaired or refunded at our discretion. In no way will Royce America be responsible for any incidental or consequential damages resulting from use of our products. 

Deliveries

1-2 week lead time on some stock products. 1 week standard delivery on all products based on availability. Partial orders will be shipped until the order is filled. Please specify if you would like an order to ship complete. Lead times and deliveries are provided as a best estimate and every effort will be made by Royce America to meet these deadlines. Royce America is not liable for any incurred expenses resulting from late delivery.

Custom Tooling

Custom tools that are made to order are covered by the limited warranty. The customer is responsible to verify details shown on the drawing, such as but not limited to profile specifications, overall tool dimensions, arbor size, shank size, etc. These items are covered against defect in workmanship and material. 1950 Jerry Klingenburg opens a saw filing business called Ayr Saw & Tool in the town of Ayr Ontario. The company focuses on sharpening metal cutting cold saws.
		1963 Royce Carbide Tools of Cambridge founded by 4 Godbout brothers Herve, Gaetan, Donat and Rosario. Remi Baillargeon joined the company later by purchasing Herve's shares. The company focuses on sharpening and manufacturing carbide tipped cutting tools for woodworking industries.
1975 Royce Carbide Tools moves operations to a new facility to meet growing production demands within the canadian furniture industries.
		1984 Gene Veening, Max VanTil, and Stan Puklicz purchase Ayr Saw and Tool from Jerry Klingenburg, and move the facility to a community farm in New Hamburg Ontario.
1988 Royce Carbide Tools begins investments into Polycrystalline Diamond Tooling (PCD) as an alternative cutting tool material.
		1997 Ayr Saw and Tool purchases Royce Carbide Tools, and Royce//Ayr Cutting Tools is formed.
2003 Royce//Ayr Cutting Tools moves to a brand new 40,000 sq foot facility to house more advanced manufacturing equipment to meet industry demands.
		2014 Royce//Ayr Cutting Tools adds 20,000 sq feet of manufacturing space for future expansion into growing markets in wood, metal, non-ferrous and composite industries.
2020  With a completed 60,000 sq foot facility, Royce//Ayr Cutting Tools continues to develop innovative products with investments in state of the art production equipment.
